Ryan Mac Eachern
DUI & Traffic Attorney
About
Ryan Mac Eachern was born in Orange, California, and grew up in nearby Mission Viejo, where he attended and graduated from Santa Margarita High School. After high school, Ryan attended the University of Arizona and graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice. Ryan got his first experience in the legal world when he interned at the Clerk's Office of the United States District Court.
Growing up the son of an Orange County deputy district attorney, Ryan always knew he wanted to work in the field of criminal defense law, and he started to make that dream a reality when he began attending Western State University College of Law in Orange County. At law school, Ryan participated in the school's Law Review and Criminal Law Association, focusing on criminal law courses and receiving the school's Criminal Law Certificate with distinction.
Shortly after graduating and passing the California State Bar exam, Ryan began working for a Criminal defense firm, where he defended numerous DUIs, misdemeanors, traffic violations, and DMV administrative per se hearings. Over the past 15 years, Ryan has handled thousands of matters, successfully gotten cases dismissed, and negotiated positive resolutions with police officers and the Orange County District Attorney's office.
Outside of court and the office, Ryan enjoys traveling, playing soccer, surfing, and watching baseball.

"He steered us through the system and produced a more then fair outcome."
Mr. Mac Eachern handled my son's DUI case, we both benefited from his council. He steered us through the system and produced a more then fair outcome. - I used Ryan Mac Eachern for a ticket I got when my dl expired while I was speeding. He went to court for me and got my ticket reduced. It was well worth the money not having to deal with the hassle. If I ever get a serious ticket again I am going to call Ryan to handle my case.
